In a move set to invigorate Matrix City’s entertainment sector, Mayor Gunwald Constantine has formally authorized a new commercial partnership with RD Family & Associates Company, represented by its CEO, Mr. Eros Mercury. The agreement, signed today at the Mayor’s Office, grants RD Family & Associates exclusive rights to operate within the Matrix Casino district throughout the month of May 2025.
The official permit — titled Matrix City: Authorization for Commercial Activity — acknowledges the strategic collaboration between public and private sectors to promote sustainable economic growth. As part of this initiative, RD Family & Associates is now empowered to develop and manage various business operations tailored to enhance the casino zone, drawing new opportunities, players, and tourism to the city’s digital frontier.
“This partnership reflects our commitment to building a more vibrant Matrix City,” said Mayor Constantine during the signing ceremony. “Mr. Mercury and the RD Family team bring innovation, professionalism, and a strong vision to our economic ecosystem.”
The event was highlighted by a formal handshake between the Mayor and Eros Mercury inside the cyberpunk-styled City Hall — a symbolic moment underscoring unity and progress in a high-tech age.
According to the agreement, the permit is effective from May 1, 2025, and expires on May 31, 2025. Both parties have expressed interest in possible renewals or long-term development contracts should the collaboration prove successful.
